PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSIONS FOR MBBS PROGRAM IN CHINA.
1. The student can apply in any of one the following options:
Option 1 :  Fill In the Online LNC Application Form
Option 2 : Download the Application form given in the Downloads page, Print it, Fill it and send us a scanned copy by email to INFO17LNC@GMAIL.COM
2. We submit Your Application to the admission committee for international students of university.
3. The University will give us the instruction as to accept the application or reject it.
4. If the University instructs to proceed with the admission of student we intimate you.
5. The student has to pay the admission, administrative and processing Fees [ Depending on the university ].
6. Once the student can either pay the processing fee to to China or to India which ever will be earlier.
7. We do all the formalities and send you the acceptance letter from the University.
8. Once the acceptance letter is given to the student the student has to submit his passport copy.
9. Once the passport copy is obtained we would process it with the ministry of education in China for issuance for JWO2 form that is required by the Chinese embassy in your country for them to issue study visa for the student.
10. Once the JWO2 form is obtained from the ministry it would be forwarded to you and you pass it on to the student.
11. Then the student applies for the visa in the nearest Embassy/ Consulate of China in your country.
12. The visa is issued and you notify us of the student’s date of journey.
13. The student travels to china to the nearest airport to the University.
14. University officials and our officials shall be there in the airport to receive the student.
15. He/She is put in hostel of the university.
16. The next day the student pays the tuition fee to the international student department and joins the course.
17. If the student has any problems, our officials are there 24 hours to help the student.

China Admission procedure:

Admission to Medical Universities in China has started, At present Booking for seat is going on and last date for Booking is coming soon. All those who will book their seat will get confirmed admission in the University of their choice.

The students who has booked their seats will get their confirmed Admission Letter from the respective Universities in 2014.

So in order to plan their admission in time the following step wise Admission Procedure is suggested:

1st step :

Aspiring students interested in taking admission to Graduate course in Medicine (MBBS) in the different Medical Universities in China may visit the LN Consultancy  Branch Offices in those cities nearer to them and take advice from our student’s counselors regarding all details of studying MBBS in China. Those who can not come just call us, we will give you all the details over phone and email.

2nd step :

On satisfying themselves on the merits and demerits of studying MBBS in  China, the students will make an application in a prescribed form (Online or Offline) with all their details and payment of the Booking Money, as mentioned in our website and the emails send by us, enclosing all the specified documents / certificates and photographs. It is to be noted that before to admission the student must send us the scanned copy of class 10 admit card + marksheet, class 12 marksheet and certificate, 40 copies passport sized photos (45x35mm, white background), and the scanned copy of back and front page of passport, if available. Admission can be done without passport but the student should apply for the passport asap.

3rd step:

Immediately on receipt of the Application Form(duly filled up) along with all the enclosures, a preliminary verification / screening will be conducted by a senior member to decide the credentials / eligibility of the student for admission to the MBBS course.

4th step :

After the counseling session, the student are provided with the following forms to fill in and submit the same to our Branch Offices or via email, taking necessary assistance from the responsible person present there in our office.

a)Authorization form permitting LNC representative to handle all the original documents / certificates including their Passport for applying on their behalf and obtaining the Preliminary Admission Letter to study from China.

b)Prescribed Application form for the issue of Eligibility Certificate by the Medical Council of India.

c)Declaration form of the parent / Guardian of the student, in approval of the initiation of Admission Procedure by LNC for their ward to study MBBS in China.

5th step :

Once the admission process is initiated as above, the student needs to apply for the passport, in case the same is not ready. The students are advised to obtain their passport as soon as possible because any expenses incurred due to the late of getting passport will have to bourned by the student in later course.

6th step :

As soon as the passport is ready, a scanned copy of the passport along with the original one is to be sent to us. After getting the photocopy the  University will issue the confirmation letter of admission of the respective candidate along with a form termed as “JW202″ which is required for the visa. Visa will be done by us and simultaneously a confirmed air ticket will be booked us on behalf of the student. The student will do all the necessary Physical check up and tests required for Visa at his own cost.

7th step :

After obtaining the visa the tentative scheduled date of departure will be informed to the students 10 days before the departure date.

Air Tickets copy will be send to the Students well in advance and we will ask them to get prepared with his packing.
